I feed Dexter Fish4Dogs kibble every morning.

At lunch he has either an egg or a healthy treat ('sea jerky') or some tinned fish.

Dinner is either raw meat or cooked fish.

And he also has a helping of any meat or fish that we're having.

I was just going to suggest trying Autarky! It's a working food and VAT free and by far the cheapest food mine have tried, he didn't get on with it but then Chester is a fussy b****r. They're on Orijen now, adult for Chester and Griffin on the puppy, £53 for a 13.5kg sack each but I shop around when I'm getting low and haven't paid full price for a sack yet. They also have wet food mixed in, like I said Chester is super fussy, but that changes whenever I get some as I always buy in bulk, atm it's natures menu... I think . Yeah my dogs aren't spoilt at all!!!

Kyiro is on Wainwrights Salmon and Potatoe. He gets the runs on anything else. That is about £32 a sack
Shady always had Chappie as she suffered from a delicate tum and bladder crystals and infections. Chappie put an end to both those problems. That was about £15 a sack.

Yep, but we've tried a few for Chester and this he'll actually eat so I am happy to pay it, he looks so good on it too.

My 5 are on different things. Danny and Jenny are on Iams adult and Otis is on Iams senior. Some people think it's not very good but when I changed them to a "better quality" food, their fur went dull and they lost loads of it so I went back to Iams and now they're back to lovely glossy coats.
Guinness is on Burgess Supadog Sensitive as he has a gluten allergy. He was fed this in the rescue and we've kept hi on it as he's doing really well.
Bessie is on good old cheapy Chappie!! She has chronic pancreatitis and I was advised by the vets to change her to this. She's doing well on it.
I add glucosamine and chondroitin supplements to their food too.
They also get a tin of sardines (except Bessie) a week for their joints and coats.
Many people have differing views about different foods and when I did some research into it I was just mind boggled!!
So I went back to what they are happy and healthy on and I'm sticking with it for good now.
Just get a good quality food and your dog's appearance will tell you the rest!

Some of the prices people are quoting for kibble is horrendous! I feed raw, works out far cheaper!

CSJ here too -CP extra which is £20 salmon based plus glucosamine and chrondroitin and tinned Chappie.

If i didn't feed CSJ i'd feed Skinners Salmon and Rice or Duck and Rice.

Can't afford the likes of Fish 4 Dogs/Burns/Wellbeloved.

A lot of the ingredients in CSJ is on a par with Burns anyway for a lot less in price.
