Toast usually.

Or a yoghurt.

Or an apple.

I've surprised myself today by having a really healthy breakfast/lunch

Check this out:

1 huge mug coffee (ignore this)

1 melon, mixed with a small tub yeo valley strawberry yogurt, mixed with a handful of plain hazelnuts.

It's healthy because it's yummy!

This morning i had.........

3 wheetabix with skimmed milk and canderel.

I usually have either Cereal (special K or wheetabix) with skimmed milk

or

sh*t loads (by this i mean between 4 and 7 pieces ) of fruit with a muller light yoghurt on top.

or.... if its my day off and i have time

lean (no fat) bacon (grilled) with fried eggs-yolks only dont like the whites! but fried with frylight- grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.

to drink it is usually sugar free squash. Dont drink tea or coffee.

I think its pretty healthy ??
