They said that it may be less than that and that they'll keep us updated. I might give them a call later today and see what they say. Also our Sky+ Box is playing up anyway as it keeps failing to record but they'll probably think i'm making that up to get my HD quicker!!

we've looked into sky+HD, yes it sounds good but the extra £10 mth cant be justified. and with multi room they dont tell you that you need an extra telephone extention!

even a sky rep told us its a waste of money atm. it will go free at some point.

we have haggled sky down on their full package to £26 mth from £47, we were thinking of going free view.

I've never been tempted with the HD - as I couldn't honestly tell the difference in the picture quality to ordinary Sky!! We have Sky Plus and we love that though

I think it depends on how busy they are. We were upgraded within a couple of weeks of asking....

I'm not going to upgrade to HD until they get more channels in HD. Otherwise, it isn't worth it to me.
