In dogs that have feathers on the tail I can understand the tail being held to show this off if but the placing on the feet in unnatural positions and forcing the head up, the main problem in my own breed is allowing the dog to look up into your face from close quarters so the neck looks short and contracted back into the shoulders, but it is not placed there it is something they do the only way to stop it is to hold a titbit in the hand and hold it to adjust the head into a natural position.
Good Luck with the training and even better when you get to the ring, given a few years you will start to know if you got the placing your dog deserved or not.
