Well I have had the first two pieces of correspondence already and told 8-10 weeks if not sooner. Gone are the days where you have to say about neighbours but that wouldn't be a problem as they are all lovely here. I will miss them but not being here. Have a good evening peeps.

Does not the block supply window cleaning in the service charge given the block?

I think you have to declare neighbour disputes Brenda... it's a form that's in with all the solicitor stuff I think, our solicitors told us this

Unfortunately not. The building was put up in 2013 and no one has found a window cleaner yet, apparently. Got a guy coming to look tomorrow so fingers crossed he can get to them from inside to do them

Good luck with the window cleaner Chris.

Here brenda neighbour disputes if you have had any do need to be declared, but sounds like you will not need to if you get on with all your neighbours.
Luckily we have never needed to declare disputes.
There are a few other things you will be expected to fill in on the form/s you will be receiving.

Chris, do you not have one of those reach window cleaners? Ours are 3 storey houses and we can easily get our top floor done....if not, maybe a business opportunity, Steve was a window cleaner but don't think he would travel that far lol

The Perspex railing to the very, very narrow balcony part come above waist height Kelly so the reach things wouldn't be able to get past it, hence the problem.

I'm sure it'll get sorted one way or another and to be honest I'd prefer he pays someone to come in because we are trying very hard (and it is hard) to back off a little. He's so used to having things done straight away by us that a dose of reality won't hurt him and should stand him in good stead for when we are no longer around.
