awe hun thats a horrid thing to happen, maybe be a good idea to sit up in bed and let your legs dangle for a moment, wiggle your toes before you get up?

due to my pelvis being twisted just now, If I get up to quick and move its hit or miss how forward or sideways I go though im lucky I dont seem to go down, I just look a bit stiff drunk for the first few mins,

its good to have a good stretch of the legs and wiggle of the toes
