2 miles is really good going though! Well done!

I am really worried about weighing myself tomorrow as we now aren't going to the gym tonight...

Will still post up what happened though, so I can hope to improve that for next week!

I'm already trying to tell myself "don't be dissapointed"
Which I will be, so I'm thinking if I have put on then I'm going to just average what I've lost over the weeks, rather than get all doom n gloom about it cos that would just set me back.

Yep, let us know how you get on, I've got til Monday till my "weigh in"

I gained 1lb this week - but tbh I was kinda expecting that!

Been really good today though, so hope for at least a 2lb loss for next week to have lost something as this 1lb doesn't count!

I bought some proskings leggings and I have been good this week and I have not bought cheese for a fortnight. Sat and Sun I did eat.

I have lost two inches where my waist ought to be and can fit ina size smaller----I bought cut off trousers for Florida a size too small two weeks ago and they fit easily now.

I am chuffed!

Well done everyone!

OHHH NO! Under trousers! They are meant to help you tighten up and get rid of cellulite and they improve circulation for flying. Loads of good reviews so I thought I'd try them.
