I'm so sorry H, i've only just signed in and saw this. You think of exactly where he came from, and to what a fantastic life he ended up with you. You did him proud, and he had such a life with you and dave. He was a dog and a half, a big old polar bear infact, and I know how much you'll miss him

there is something to be said about a human who,can give the dog a life they deserve.to see your dog to the end, is how it should be ,knowing you gave your best . feel proud of yourself.there will be a day when you open the gate to see your dog running over the bridge, to see you once agian...run free run forever.

I am so sorry Helena, you are so brave. We will miss seeing pictures of the old boy. I am sure he would want you to celebrate his life and not mourn his passing, his luck changed when he came to live with you. Run free dear Georgie.
