i know its hard but try to just focus on one thing at a time, and take each day as it comes. when i had to go in for op biopsies etc, i felt fine and was taking everything in my stride(- but also enjoying having help around house etc.) but everyone else was REALLY worried, i had treatment and was sorted. stay positive, whatever it is- do what needs to be done, and just get on with life. i'm a firm believer in positive thinking
