Wow Helena you and OH should get together We do our weekly shop every Friday she goes in (& I take the dogs around the back for little sniff around and walk). Every week for the past month she's come out fumming

I've been told there is no word in the Czech language for 'Customer Service' Stories abound about people who've taken faulty goods back to the shop only to be told "Well it's your fault for buying it in the first place" Unfortunately because of the history people over thirty here very rarely complain and the country has become known as a good dumping ground for produce that would never be allowed in, let alone sold, to Germany or the UK.

He sounds a right jumped up jobs worth, i'd go in tomorrow and get to the meat counter and shout RAT or threaten him youl do it, and see what happens
