nice people they may be - i just think theres so many people/animals in need of help that it seems a bit sick to spend that much money on a frivolity- and something that a child that age wont even appreicate

I dont like either of them,To them £25000 is like £50 to us as they arent hurting anyone let them buy what ever they like just think how pi**ed off they will be when he loses them as most 6yr olds would. We should encourage them to spend money on jewellery as that way they areny buting anymore puppies like the rotties they got and then the shar pei dont see them anymore do you.
Bronwyn is 3 and had her ears pierced only cos she tried to do it herself.

id like to know who sold them earrings for that much! how can one tiny piece of jewellry even be worth that much?

i agree that is way too much money to spend, they should be putting that extra cash thats not worth anything to them toward a good cause

Having only had one child of which we tried for many years to get, we tended to let her have more or less what she wanted, to a degree, now that she is older she does not appreciate the value of money, in one pocket out the other, its our fault she is like this so take full responsibility, the fact that we are to a degree not short of money,(don't mean this in a bragging way) and remembering our parents scrimping and scraping every penny for us as children, led us to treat our daughter in this manner, but it is hard changing a lifetimes way, I think the parents will always need to have a large income, because this child will end up the same as my daughter only on a bigger scale, if I could go back in time there certainly would have been changes made.
