If they're building a house that close to you have you tried getting a temporary reduction in your council tax? Not sure who you need to ring about it, just remember reading it in the paper that you can claim for a temporary reduction if there's major building work within a certain distance from your house. Try ringing the Valuation Office.

It's not anywhere near as bad a last time & only one guy working & it's internal work..............more to come later though I expect when they finish House & build Garage & Paving etc.................it is only 2 gardens away so about 12 -14 metres
