Hi Jenny .the temp could be caused by a number of things..it is rather high Don't know if you know you can usually spot when you dog has a high temp cos they pant when it is not hot or they have had little excursion and yes their nose can feel warm and dry.
As Lel says salt water for the foot. Soak the foot in a pint of hot water with tablespoon of salt , the hotter the better but not hot enough to burn ,soak for a few moments. Then bathe a couple of times a day in warm water with less salt until the wound heals. Hope Indie is better soon, try small nourishing meals...fish/rice/mince..melt a little honey in some warm water then add beaten egg and puppy milk if you have any.

101.4 for an adult but this is raised slightly if the dog gets excited (to 102)
