Hi, Just caught this thread. Sorry you've been having such a rough time. Don't be too hard on yourself though. Can you round up a bit of help? Family, friends, neighbours or how good is you Health Visitor? Please don't suffer in silence. It may be baby blues and it is probably worth mentioning to your GP or HV, just in case. Although more likely you're tired out and run down - call in the infantry if you can hun. Take care XXXXXX

you have got to remember you have just had jayden....take it easy!
go to the gp and see what you can have to make you feel better thats an order!
as hard as it is for you at the mo being tierd etc please don't mad at him it could be because things have changed and jayden is here thats affecting his behaviour.
go to the garden and do some thing silly.............

i know its all because im run down and my body is trying to get back to normal,, i went to the doctors and she was lovely,, told me exactly what you have all said, stop being so hard on myself.

i have more antibiotics and a chloraseptic throat spray, she also done a swab of my throat just to make sure there is nothing nasty going on

im gunna try get some rest over the weekend, will keep you all posted on how we are all doing
