I had a real problem with a B+Q kitchen delivery a few years ago. It's a long story so won't bore you with it here but they made every excuse under the sun for my kitchen not being delivered, and kept getting the order wrong. In the end it all worked out but they had to pay me a big wad of compensation. Make sure they do the same for you. I'll never use B+Q again.

Well I phoned customer services this evening, just incase it was a prank call or something that I received earlier. It wasnt, its all true, I still have to wait until 8th April for my kitchen.

I was amost in tears on the phone explaining to him that I have NO KITHCEN. He was very knind and reffered me to the specialist team in head office. I've been told they will ring me back within 24 hrs, and are going to "try and sort something out for me".
