Thanks Brandiesnap Yes thankfully she stayed in bed once she eventually dropped off - I kept having visions of her coming down and seeing that Father Christmas had been and that she might want to stay up all night opening pressies

oh the memories,i remeber falling into bed at 2am,for the kids to wake up at 4 am so having a disagreement with them about going back to sleep for a while,always a losing battle,so spend most of christmas day asleep on my feet
