My sons best friend was born at 24 weeks, weighing less than a bag of sugar. To day he is a healthy, intelligent 18 year old. His parents were lucky and were offered the best medical attention.

i still think that anyone holding their baby in their arms would want to do everything possible to save it if there was a chance and i dont think at that point you would think of long term effect?
