i don't think its ugly .huge waste of tax payer money yes.......... Portmouth is a huge naval town and attracts a lot of visitors i reckon it will in the long run make a lot of money but I won't be going up it ....

Hi,
I think its a total waste of money & it just looks out of place
Im not going to go up in it,i wouldnt trust the lifts for 1
