Mini, Oh and I just popped outside, we didn't see moving stars as the sky wasn't too bright over our way but we saw what appeared to look like jet streams at a 30 degree angle either side - at least 5 of them heading into the same angled direction - never seen that happen before in the sky...could it be a similar thing?

Either way it was really pretty, OH saw a shooting star

yes MC thats it it is the Northern lights (arora borialis) but I did not think they could be see this far south,I live right out in the country so no
lights..it was a pale version of this....
