Chris having had my Aunt and also now my nephew as vulnerable people in same type of situation as Gary (sheltered housing) I would not be best pleased I tell you. Make sure Gary blocks her number the information to the care manager has to be in writing as she has in fact put a person in their care Gary in "Danger" for want of a better word it's a god job he told you; She sounds like a right Madam as my mom would say

I have this current issue logged and also previous ones. If necessary I'll take it higher, but I'm hoping that she will sort it out.

He was worried about it all. I knew something was wrong so I asked him and that's when the whole story came out. He hates when anyone does wrong and worries it will get him in trouble too. When I say worries, he was quite frantic about it all.

I made him go see the Care Manager first, knowing that she'd have to ask me for the details (communication problems) so that she knows just how worried Gary is about it all
