Oh Griff, poor Deags, hope they are able to find it and retrieve it and that is the main cause of her sickness. Hope you are feeling better too.

Fog coming back this evening, soon won't be able to see the computer screen.

Who saw the film "The Fog " original version?

Oh dear griff poor Deags and you with the flu. Good luck to Deags and the removal of the needle and wishing you well soon.

Back from our trip out still really foggy here and cold. Joel grabbing a bit of fishing now we are back we bought him some more lures so of course he needs to try them out.
He has had to bash the ice as best he can.

Poor little Deags, like you say she could have had that in her longer than she's been with you, picked it up anywhere, she didn't have the best of times before you took her away from it all. I've seen x rays of dogs with complete carving knives inside them and they've survived, and now you know what it is then it will be dealt with quickly
Car was ready for 11.30, girls had a good run round either on the river or in the wooded bit. Bitter cold, but just above freezing.
Jackie with Kofie rang me and we had a good chat, she's talking about renting a cottage for the week they are at Crufts with her, she is actually competing on Thursday and she is thinking of going Tuesday to Saturday so they have a couple of days either side
Got in the car to go shopping and get my new tyre on, and car was driving funny, the flaming spare was only soft
So got the new tyre on and left the spare to be mended. Just the brakes to get sorted now, one thing after another.
Am now sat down, lit the fire, got a mug of tea and a couple of croissants with butter on and having half an hour before I get the girls organised. Bin men coming tomorrow, so got that to do as well.

It isn't a needle, they have got it out....there is no eye on it and the staff are stumped as to what it is, mum is just off to get her and will see if she can bring it home. It is apparently metallic and very very fine, they were going to send her to the emergency vets for out of hours care but they use the ones who were bad with my diesel so mum has said we will take care of her.....I hope she sleeps as I need my sleep lol

It couldn't be from a syringe could it Griff. Glad to hear she is on her way home, hopefully she will sleep a few hours and therefore you will as well.
