God i'd kill for a full english i've been on a diet for about eight weeks now i weighed myself this morning and have lost 11 1/2 ib!! very very proud of myself.

diet - whats a diet - lurve a good fry up me - have to stop myself from having one every morning !!!

i had one too this morning though tracie - am sure it was much nicer than diet muesli or something equally as yuk !!

Sounds fairly healthy to me!! You covered all the major food groups I think, although naughty girl!! you should have had some fruit...maybe an apple danish? and where was your tattie scone?

I love fried breakfasts, but hate cooking them.

I must be the only scots lass that doesn't like tattie scones. YUK. I also like whit pudding it has a lot of oats in it.

On my diet i can still have a nice big cooked brekkie just have to loose the sausage (swap em for healthy living ones) black puddin (dont like it anyway) and fried breas (swapped for toasted nimble bread)

and i still lose weight! 2 stone 11 and a half pounds since february! Just see it as your treat for this week and go back to being good tomorrow

Well done for stickin to it so far tho

One day won't hurt, surely. I love those fried breakfasts but without that horrible black pudding, never tried it, just don't like the sound of what's in it.

Sounds yummy!....I love fry ups but they make me feel so sick afterwards that I rarely eat them now
