She is going to be a well built girl for sure, but hopefully not TOO chunky. Her mum wasnt the very heavy type friesian and knabstruppers are strong, compact horses but hopefully have brought a bit of refinement to the friesian type with this cross. She doesnt look to have the exaggerated friesian paces at the moment which im pleased about as, beautiful as they look, they are not easy or comfortable to ride!!! She will be an all rounder. Aiming at some inhand showing this year (if i can tame that mane!!!!), but long term i'd love to have a go at jumping her, but mostly she will be for hacking and everyday riding rather than a "serious" competition horse. She has a very steady temperment (already bombproof lol!!) but a bit of fiestiness that her mum was lacking so hoping she will be a bit more challenging for me

Ava has definitely matured - she is stunning and still has paint patches on her rump. She looks sooo smart having shed most of her winter coat.and she's grown in to her legs. What a gorgeous girl she is.

Oooh, no, that is still winter coat! I will have to post some photos when that is all out as she is very, very roan underneath all the fuzz. Her neck has mostly come out now as i've been brushing her constantly She is going to look VERY different in 6 months time I think!!
