Awesome. I hope your dogs like pools better than my boy does. As you can see in the video, he was hot and thirsty but did not get close enough to drink from it. He wants NO parts of it as of now.

You may find if you dig it in then he will be more interested in going in, its not normal to step up into water.

I've known a few dogs like this including my own lab. Show him a river or even a muddy puddle and he'll throw himself in, show him some nice clean water in a paddling pool and he's not interested. I agree with the others though, try it without water first and the gradually add it as he becomes more comfortable in it. The only thing I would say is be prepared, if/when he does like it most dogs like to share their watery coat. I live with my back door open in summer and my puppy will regularly throw himself in his paddling pool then come running back in to shake!
