i always use tea tree oil . its a natural anitiseptic .

A friend of mine has a dog with red spots who is allergic to grass she uses tea tree oil to calm it down and it works amazingly.

Star used to get them too. Pets and Home do a tea tree spray (melaleuca alternifolia) that clears them up.
