I've been using the gel on my hands for months, the funny thing is I used to get funny looks a few months ago when I first started using it but now I notice that alot of other people also have the bottles on thier desks. I also use it when I get on the train and touch anything. I also go through loads of the flash wipes each day.

Have just had some food again and feeling a bit board on being stuck in for most of the weekend when its sunny outside!
