Bless hes not a show dog , & in obedience it dosent matter, just dont like to think hes "lacking" in something. Its only on his lips, nose is fine

I would not worry about pigment can change with the seasons even if he had been a show dog I would not worry about that bit inside his mouth. I only asked the question as I was wondering why it seemed a big deal.
Now I know why you are worrying I would say don't.
