It was on the news that Yodel had stopped collecting parcels for delivery. So it seems that they have all gone to Royal Mail. They are actually the one firm I have never had any problems with!
Like you Tumble, I will just rely on Santa!

Funnily enough, I ordered a coat from Asda yesterday for my lad on overnight delivery. They used yodel and it arrived this morning. Didn't expect it to come after all the recent publicity so I'm delighted

The first time Yodel were to deliver something to mw, it was put on the van & taken back to the depot annotated could not find address, I then sent them itemized directions which they claimed to have given to the driver, the next day, parcel on vehicle, out for delivery & yes returned to depot could not find address !!!!. Then sent them an email with a map & the route to my home from their depot. The next day guess what ? parcel was delivered before I was up & left(as per instructions)in my delivery box. They have never missed be on time(usually early)since !!
