I would echo what people on here have said, the one time I did give a dentastix to Cox he ate it in two seconds flat, and it gave him the squits the next day.

I made rusks when I had a youngster (4 months). I baked wholemeal bread in the oven (slow) till hard, then spread a bit of honey on it.

I don't think they do much either, not chewed on long enough to do any good for the teeth, My two demolished them in 2 mins flat No squshy bellies though.

It says for dogs from 4 months & there are ones for dogs 5-10kgs then upwards in weight.
We give Tilly one a day - doesn't give her upset tummy, lasts about 4 minutes - if that!

Mine love them - but they are very expenise when I have a butcher down the road who will give me Proper Marrow bones for free
