Hello everyone,

My carer has asked me to thank all of you that helped out with this thread. She is very gratefull, they though they were going to have some more expense on top of what they need to do with buying the house.

she can't thank you enough.

Also the lad that walks Blackie too, he was under the impression (as I was) that you had to get a combi boiler in before 2010, so yet again saving them some money. and again he thanks you too.
