I give Ella fresh garlic, finely chopped and just a bit sprinkled on her food. You have to be careful not to give too much as garlic (like onions) is potentially poisonous for dogs, but a little is OK. Ella hasn't had any problems with fleas since we started giving her garlic and she loves it! Makes her breath smell though! LOL

My Paddy can't have garlic, we used to give him just one tiny garlic tablet every other day and it really affected his weeing, passed blood, it irritated his bladder. But the girls are fine with it.
