Thanks all managed to eat some toast about 1/2 hour ago haven't been able to eat for worrying. Needless to say Dillon ate his meal heartily then barked because he felt I should share my toast with him. Don't know where he gets it from we have not shared our food with him trying his luck naughty boy.

Now it looks as if he could have strained something as he seems to be walking awkwardly from the hip now. Will have to waiit to see what Anita says. Thanks for all the good wishes I will update this evening.

I don't have that awful gut feeling you get but I can see its uncomfortable so he needs to be seen.

Thanks Azz. Me too. He now seems easier on it after I have got back from putting his cover on the back seat of the car. He seems to be moving easier. Still having him checked over though just to be on the safe side after beating mysef up all day with if I hadn't taken him on that walk yesterday even though he had stopped limping and the limp was like for a minute at the most might it of not been so bad today.

I am adding your dog to the list of dogs I am sending good vibes to today. I hope it is nothing serious and that he makes a full recovery.

Its his cruciate and he will need an op.

Anita the vet manipulated the knee joint he was very good and then checked the other one to make sure it wasn't still because of him growing and the other knee is nice and tight. So he is being booked in at the RVC at Potters Bar and we are more than happy for him to go there as soon as possible if they are happy to operate on him as he is so young. I am sure they will. Anita wants it done as she says it may well help stop the onset of early arthritis him being a large breed.

He is on a short course of Rymadil

Will be ringing the insurance company tomorrow to warn them.

On a good note he wasn't sick. Loads of drool and he didn't have his Cerenia this evening.
