Thanks Azz. I am not used to breed names being shortened. For the longest time I didn't know what anything was in it's abbrev. form. GSD really messed me up, because it's a german shepherd to me, not a german shepherd dog. Or does the D at the end stand for something else? ops: lol

It does stand for dog, but now you mention it - it is a bit silly.

At work we write on all the dogs records the breed then the sex,
but a GSD bitch always seems a silly thing to record.
