As an infrequent sufferer of spectacularly debilitating migraines, as one side effect of having a steel door dropped on my head a few years ago, I can sympathise.

Migraines are horrible... plenty of water and rest in a dark room... get well soon

have you tried Migril (ergot) for migraine from you GP, taking it enabled me to do things I had not done for years I don't get migraine now they went away with the menopause.
