Corruption at its evillest. Just because BCC did not want to admit their catalogue of mistakes.

One of the dog wardens / kennel staff was even pictured playing and hugging Lennox - then swore on oath that he was dangerous around people and had to have minimal contact....

Poor Lennox and poor family.

Another site states that the Judge felt that Lennox is too 'unpredictable'.

Hands up anyone who can honesty say that if their dog was locked up for well over a year, with hardly any interaction, they would not become 'unpredictable'.

Poor Lennox but they are not giving up without a fight and look like they are going to appeal.

That dog warden should be locked up for over a year without his family and see how stable he is afterwards . . .

And then prodded and poked by complete stranger who obviously have empathy with dogs.

I've just read this on a social network site. I'm gutted and oh so angry!! That evil bitch of a dog warden needs to be sentenced, not Lennox.

They are going to appeal again? How long does this poor dog have to live in virtual solitary confinement before it is allowed to be released from it's hell, one way or another.

There is a part of me that says the owners should allow the decision rather than drag the case out even further and make the dog suffer even more.

But it's easy for me to say, it's not my dog and i'm not in their shoes.
