I think we all echo those sentiments Sally nicely said.

Have you been to M&S for all those lovely nibbles ?

Oh no! Just spent my lunch break reading this thread.... now I am in tears for Bev and Lily! Run- free sweet girl.

I'm ecstatic for you and Mabs, TW. Really awesome news there.

Got good news from my sister. Her MIL has opened her eyes a couple of times and squeezed her daughter's hand, so I think she'll make a full recovery, hopefully her depression can be helped now, too.

I don't have time to comment on anything else, but I did reas about everyone's day! And thanks Lynn and Nippy for not forgetting me today lol

So very very sorry Bev, run free Lily. I had a really bad feeling when you didn't come back on. Nothing anyone can say to make the hurt go away. Lots of hugs from all of us here.

Lynn, the nibbles are courtesy of my chef type son in law. They were left over from a wedding on Saturday, but if you blow the fluff of they will be fine I am sure.

Sara, that is excellent news about your sister in law's mother; let's hope that she can now be helped and will never end up worrying people in this way again.

'evening Lynn, have spoken to some friends this afternoon, they tell me it's maybe not as serious as I thought, basically there's a flat roof extension, the felt lining has reached the end of it's life and needs replacing, I'm being told that it maybe about £2K of work which I hope I can negotiate with the vendor. like you we don't want to pull out now if it can be avoided. Part of the survey fee includes a 'walk around' with the surveyor but he's on holiday until Monday so will see what he says then.

How is Dillon these days is he still chasing around like a loon

Anyone want bolognaise? I have tons of it!!

Just had a call from Caithness Company's CAA, that's the guy that arranges things for their cadets. He was stuck for drivers so I said I'd help out earlier in the week. They are up at Rothiemurcus Lodge doing adventure training this weekend. Well we were organising times and pick ups and things. Suddenly asked if Davie wanted to go. It costs £30 but they will pay for it cause I'm helping them out

Davie is delighted
