When my dog Daisy recovered from pancreatitis we put her on Burns High Oats and she did very well on it.

Not sure of the low fat diet's you get in kansas Jayne but most low fat diet's would work.

Hi, my dog had pancreatitis too and was VERY poorly (vet, IV drips etc). She made a full recovery but is on a special low-fat diet (just under 5% fat content) with cooked chicken breast and vegetables that we boil or steam for her. She is very happy and healthy provided nobody tries to give her 'treats'. These always make her ill again and she has to be starved for a minimum of 24 hours and given pain relief until it all settles again. I hope your dog makes a full recovery too. I know how frightening and upsetting it all is.
