Thats awful but a bit irresponsible of the owners to let the dog out on its own, they are lucky he came back at all.

Poor dog!

I am so disgusted by this. This person / persons really needs to be caught.

The timing of it is very weird. It is very odd to think that someone got up very early to do this or maybe they were on their way home from a night out high on drugs.

What makes a person wake up one morning and decide that they are going to torture an innocent animal? I am just deeply saddened by this story :smt009 :smt009

I must admit I wonder how they can be so sure it was a deliberate act by a person - isn't there any possibility that it was a tragic accident - e.g. caught in some machinary or something like that.
Either way, it is very sad for dog & owner.

It could have been prevented to,if the stupid owners had took some responsilbilty, instead of letting it out on it's own.
