Lol..that sounds like something my dad would do!!
My head hurts, I am useless with maths and measurements, I have seen some tiles but it just gives a metre squared...not how many tiles are in the box...each tile is 198mm X 198mm....I am thinking 25tiles in a box?? Would that be a square metre

The three we are viewing tomorrow. Last one £20,000 above our budget other two are £5,000 above.
So offers on all. Last one £20,000 above I mentioned to our agent as i had been trawling rightmove after taking Chris's advice and found this one three different agents one our own all been reduced and been on the market a long time. Agent said view put in offer as they have had very little interest. Why is it taking me to find these things out especially from our agent. If these are of no interest then that's it I think pull the plug. Sick to the back teeth of it now and the rubbish they seem to think we will accept. (All agents).
politely put phone down on agent from yesterday who said no one will accept £20,000 under so i said what even if they have been on the market for a year or almost. Mind you they are the agent Paul and Beth had issues with and also my friend in Essex.

Congratulations Lynn. It may only be a tenner but it is something.

I do like the third property but whether you can get them down £20K is another matter. Good luck.

I have spent the day finding out where Steve's mums ashes are, we now know and we also know she still had her married name which was a shock to Steve, anyway... finally he can go take her some flowers

Not as hot today but we strolled early. We have taken to a new route to try to keep Max in the shade as much as possible.

He was as good as gold. I know I praise his merits but we met a bunch of people with little. barking dogs. All on leads. (Max isn't). Barking at each other and Max. Max did the doggy meet and greet thing that dogs do. Just gentle and friendly, no barking from him.

"Max, let's go."
We did.. One of the owners:
"I wish I could get my dog to behave like that".
I took that as a compliment.
