Hi - depending on the dog's size, this lovely animal is either a Brittany Spaniel or Red and White Irish Setter. The BS is about the size of a Springer spaniel - the Red and white a couple of inches taller.
A slightly clearer pic with something that could act as a comparison for height would make ID easier.

No, had another look and have changed my mind. Too leggy, and ears too short. Red and White Setter.

Brittany spaniel. If you put in the address bar Brittany spaniel the exact same photo comes up. There are a line of photos of them puppy to adult.

I don't think the ears and head are quite right for an Irish Red and White Setter. Could be a Brittany.
