Dog being abused on train - I hope they identify her

This woman clearly doesn't look fit to own a dog - hitting and biting the dog on a train! I hope they catch her and rescue this dog..

I agree about the poor dog, but there's a good chance that there's a mental health issue with this woman. If so, she might also need and deserve to be rescued.

Malka has found a news update which says that the dog was taken into rescue, and the woman has been charged.
