Yep, had time to cool down. Like June said, I would hope it's covered by the dealer warranty it's not a 'consumeable' item so it should be covered.

Nothing like getting a proffessional opinion thanks for your words about your uncle last night. As you said, we have to either laugh or cry at the antics people get up to in court, best to laugh I guess, easier on the ol' blood pressure

Took bones over for Someone's dog and explained what had gone on. Straight away he's got a flashlight and is at the back of my house looking at the damage caused. Curtains in Numbnuts room are half open at the top and closed at the bottom, Someone said if he had to speak to him he may get into trouble himself, so back to Someone's house, and he calls the police himself. So now I have a crime number and police visit pending after a phone call from some sort of specialist unit.

I only checked the gate and fence out today because I didn't want to do it yesterday, have taken a couple of piccies as well of it.All the bottom of it has been kicked in, now I know the gate needed replacing but I was obviously wanting to do the whole lot in one fell swoop and it didn't happen as we know.
Anyhow, when I have the phone call I will be able to give an idea of whats going to happen. The police were particularly interested in the fact he was now exposing himself fully to me, he's probably thinking he's got away with it. In for a shock then. Oh and his car may not be that safe anymore either

That's great news June, after they visit you I hope they will go round and charge him with something, anything, just to make him realise what a perverted numbnut he is.

Evening All,
Glad you have that matter in hand June, as I said earlier, the police are definitely the way to go with that fool. I feel sure that their involvement will give at least some piece of mind.
Griff - sorry I was unable to provide entertainment for your parents on their weekend away. Saddleworth moor is in excess of 40 square miles, so the chance of meeting up with a mad old git and his pack of itinerant hounds would indeed be very slim. The chances become even slimmer when you consider I always go to considerable lengths to avoid people at the best of times! lol !
Spirits are currently very low up here as the Mem's oldest and favourite cat had to be pts yesterday. He was 15 and was losing his battle with hyper-thyroidism and kidney failure, his weight had dropped alarmingly over the last couple of weeks and there was quite simply no cure to be had for him. In his prime he weighed in at 24lbs and he had gone down to 7lbs. So she made the decision to say goodbye and had the vet come up so he wouldn't be put under the stress of the journey down to town. I buried him beneath a beautiful Cypress tree. As with all such decisions I always hold with the saying of better a day too early than a week too late, so no suffering has to be endured by your animal. I always consider it the very least you can do for any cherished pet.
will be back on tomorrow - have a good evening all.

I think it may scare him for a while, doubt anything really effective will get done, but I was worried that Someone may get themselves into trouble and he did admit he may lose his rag if he spoke to him, so the police won't be as effective but may put him off the idea of escalating his little vendetta.
Anyhow vetribution will take place when he is least expecting it, maybe he won't take to being victimised perhaps
No phone call, I expect nothing will happen for a few days, but all the longer for him to think nothing has happened. Strangely no bathroom light and no exhibition tonight, but will keep my phone handy and if he does give a full strip performance then it will be on camera for all to see.
LG, we cross posted, so sorry to hear of your loss. This is the same one that was poorly a while back isn't it, you did the right thing at the right time.
