Ouch ouch ouch :(

Last tuesday I had an incident with a pony bolting out of his stable though a half closed door and under my arm and ending up with me wrenching every single muscle in my hand and arm

Ouch

Now its been getting better slowly all week, kept it strapped up etc and not letting any dogs pull it and its been slowly getting better. Im getting more strength back in it and its stopped hurting so much....

...At least it was untill about an hour ago when the dogs went to chase a cat and pulled me off the curb.... of course the only free hand I could put out to save myself was my poorly one and now im back to square one

No real point to this thread but needed to have a moan, feeling very sorry for myself

I hope it recovers soon, it's so annoying when it starts to get better and then you have a set back.

Blooming cats! I have that problem with squirrels and pheasants.

Ouch! If you don't have any back/hip problems, what about tethering the dogs around your waist? I do it with my two and if a 5'3 shorty can stay upright with my size dogs, I don't think you'd go flying with slightly smaller dogs.

I feel your pain I stubbed a toe on a piece of concrete, the corner of a stoopid flower bed, when we first moved here, and boy did it hurt with flip flops on. Just as it was healing nicely and the pain had gone, guess what????!!!

Try some of that freezing spray it's pretty good, I was using it on my pulled arm and shoulder last week. Not good having this when you've got horses to do and dogs to walk, good luck with it.

It's stiff this morning, but not as sore as I thought it would be so that's something.

No suggestions I am afraid, but lots of sympathy for the ouchies. xx
