Depends largely on what you want it for? Business or just static pages with personal info, photos, etc?

Most ISPs provide something for you to make your own website pages.

Google 'free website builder' or 'create a free website' and similar terms - you will get zillions of results!

I don't like recommending stuff to non techie people but here is one that google do:

Try www.webs.com

I've built several websites using them and find them really easy to use and you don't get the problems that 1&1 create for their users.

I use Yola for my work.
It has templates and is pretty simple to customise.
My site is here sitandfidgetarts.co.uk if you want to compare?
It`s free for a while then you can opt to pay, but it isn`t expensive.
I had a lot of problems with 1&1.

If you want to sell stuff from it I could throw up a basic ecommerce site for you and you would only have to add products to it.

I used the hPage website builder since I don't know how to code websites. It's been pretty easy to use and create web pages so far. I really like using it. They also have a slideshow gallery feature where you can post photos of your dog/dogs too.

Give it a try: https://www.hpage.com
