I have already responded to your other post.
People don't give away their dogs. people here love their dogs and keep them for life unless it really is impossible. Then they MAY be rehomed properly but certainly not for free.
You can go to rescues etc but your age is against you. Also, you need to think about your reasons for having a 3rd dog. Alternatively, if you have a breed in mind then approach a reputable breed - although again, at only 17 I doubt you'll get a pup from one of them.
Additionally, you have to think of the cost. Are you able to fully finance the maintenance, insurance, vets fees, food, toys, training etc of a 3rd dog?
These dcosts are obviously on top of the cost of the dog (usually £100-£200 for a resuce depending on who you go to and several hundred £££s from a breeder).
