Milo is not too Good Again
I've had to stop the Atopica as he was vomiting it straight back up everytime in the end. So will phone the specialist again next week for the next step.
The specialist said his endoscopy results pointed to IBD, which I remained sceptical on as his poo has always been normal and the only time he has ever been sick is if his tummy gets empty and then he brings up bile.
However the last few days he has been looking increasingly uncomfortable and is getting bouts of dire rear covered in lots of yellow mucous. he is going more than normal everyday and most are loose with this awful mucous but the odd one is sort of crumbly.
He has also been alternating with looking very pale and then getting some colour back which is suggesting to me he is having another small bleed inside.
He is still on the Zantac, but I have booked him in to see one of the vets at my practice this morning at 11.10. Unfortunatly not my vet as she is not in today.
But I can't leave him like this all over the weekend too.
Lets hope its something easily fixable and doesn't require one of the many many drugs he is allergic too.
He is not good with antibiotics and last time he had them they gave him a injection that lasted 2 weeks as he couldn't tolerate the pills and he bled from the rear end for 2 weeks till it was out of his system.
Please keep your fingers crossed for him this morning.
