For an 8y/o JRT. I have no other details apart from he's in the N.E and needs a new home.

hello there i would just like to ask is this dog a registered N.I and do you know where he came from, i am the sec of the N.I soc and would like more information on this dog if possible as we always try to rehome them within other N.I owners. i reside in Devon if you could reply that would be great.
