No person who is training to be a vet would a) write with a capital letter at the start of each word and b) know nothing about animal pregnancy!

If you are the future for Vets, I think I may stop having pets! Poor animals in your care, I wouldn't let you loose with one of my kids stuffed toys.

I don't think your post is genuine, which is why I am being so harsh, sorry but there is no way anybody who is training to be a vet, would ask for help diagnosing whether their bitch was pregnant.

If as I suspect, you are not training to be a vet at all, and maybe do have a bitch in trouble, please seek immediate professional help, for the sake of your bitch.Maybe get her spayed aswell, so this doesn't happen again, there are too many staffies being bred without care already

(Apologises for being so harsh everyone)

Having just had a bitch who has had a litter by c-section I personally wouldn't leave it if they are dead. The puppies that are dead inside will start decomposing and if there is a little one alive the poison produced could well kill that one too.
Do you know the exact date she was mated as this would help with knowing the birthing date.

I hope your vet has put her on AB's at least, or she could die of infection before the one pup is born, and being a singleton she may not go into labour naturally and you could end up with a section.....which makes it more dangerous due to the decomposing pups in her uterus
