Falkirk show @ Bathgate
What a day
the ground leading into the venue was all muddy, there was a gale blowin, they charged me £1.50 for a paper cup of "coffee"
tatsted like cats ****.
Never mind, Mea got a second in Limit class
, then got a third in Open class
She may have done better in the open class if the ring next to us did'nt have toy breeds in it, she goes all mumsy when she sees small dogs
she thinks they're puppies
No way would she settle, she kept fidgeting about trying to see the small dogs.
Smeags got nowhere, I expected that as she's far too overweight, will have to work on that one as she's a good mover in the ring.
I asked the judge not to put his fingers in Smeags's mouth when checking her teeth, he was OK with it, nice gentleman.
I'd like to congratulate Dutch for doing well too, he came second, he was so unsettled before going in, as were most of the dogs, must've been the long wait.
Also congrats to Mrs Isobel Nicol
she got BOB with her Mr Incredible, he's a very nice boy, I saw him at a show in Fife last May for the first time, he was only 8 moths old and I thought he would do well in the future.
