Well the quaterly bills have been sent out again and each and every time I am shocked...

We have used U Switch a couple of times and not sure if we ever save anything but they state the unit cost is cheaper.

It's not even cold yet, so heating not on ???

I recently changed over to Atlantic which is supposed to be the cheapest on that site for my area. I found them very efficient, very friendly, and you can actually understand the bills! I get my bills online too. At the moment I don't know where I am with my bills coz of the change, as I changed back immediately, and back again (couldn't make my mind up at the time!!!)

My Electric is usually £280 a quarter when it was about £180 a couple of years ago, so that's gone up, and the gas used to be really cheap, only about £90 a quarter, and now that's shot up to the same as the electric!!! What can we do though?? They've got us over a barrel haven't they, no matter who we're with, we've got to have it haven't we!!!

My water bill was £407 for a quarter!!!!!! There was only 2 of us living there then.
We aren't paying it though. There is no way we have used that much water.

Normally it is about £170 a month which the SW Water woman said was normal.

We had to do a leak test but there is no leak, the meter didnt move.

The only thing we can think of is.....the flat next door to us is un occupied but is being done up. For the the quarter the water bill covers during those 3 months the builders were in and plastering the whole flat. We think they have used our water!!

Yes, I think they've tapped into your supply somehow!!! Hopefully you'll be able to prove it by producing all your other previous bills????
